  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual, group, or entity that books or uses our services.

  • "Services" refers to all offerings provided by JED Banff Tours Inc., including transportation, private tours, shared tours, and custom itineraries.

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process:
To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information via our website or directly through our customer service team. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received or as otherwise agreed upon.

Payment:
Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods outlined during the booking process.

Service Conditions

Tour Conduct:
Our drivers and tour staff are professionals dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and courteous service. They are expected to be punctual and respectful at all times.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the tour. JED Banff Tours Inc. reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if a client or any member of their party engages in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

Vehicle Use:
Our vehicles are intended for transportation and tour purposes only. Any damage caused by the client or their group will be the financial responsibility of the client.

Pricing and Cancellations

Pricing:
All tour pricing is clearly outlined during the booking process or on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that travel plans can change.

  • Cancellations or changes made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled tour will not incur any penalties.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Changes to These Terms

JED Banff Tours Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
